Al Atheer Real Estate Development Company announced that it is gearing up to launch Obhur Park Project, an integrated, multipurpose destination, and one of the leading large-scale residential developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project is strategically located in one of the fastest-growing districts north of Jeddah, near Obhur beach.

The project is the outcome of the efforts of Al Atheer Real Estate Development Company, a Saudi Alfaf Group company, to improve the quality of life and cater for the needs of various age groups, as Obhur Park comprises multiple facilities, including, among others, shopping centers, school complexes, mosques, healthcare centers, restaurants, cafes, parks, and playgrounds all constructed according to the highest international stranders of engineering, organization, and urban planning.
